Cancer susceptibility genes:
Update and systematic perspectives
Genes whose genetic variants place an individual at increased risk of developing cancer are called cancer susceptibility genes (CSGs).
This site summarizes a manually curated extensive collection of publicly available CSGs studies.
We provide tools for researchers to:- search for any gene reported as a CSG (March 2022).
- search for cancer types that are influenced by CSGs.
- retrieve a list of CSGs that could predispose to the risk of a cancer.
- link directly to relevant references in Pubmed.
